I would appreciate the details for servicing this printer. It happens only if there are more than one paper in the In tray. The only way to really eliminate a new cartridge from being bad, is to actually test it in another printer that uses the same cartridge and was working ok with its own cartridges installed. I’ve rebooted, checked the cable connection, turned the printer off and on. If it’s sticking at the left side it’s probably hanging up on the roller engage arm. I have no idea why.
